Holiday Inn Hotel Atlanta-Northlake, A Full Service Hotel Tucker, Tucker

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were nice and extremely comfortable, although there was a sewage smell which was quite horrible. Unfortunately, there were no towels in the room upon my arrival. The service was amazing, with friendly and detail-oriented staff, even though there was an incident of being rudely approached for room cleaning. The location was ideal for my activities in the city, especially due to the convenient proximity to the 285 expressway. The dining experience could have been better with more diverse options and changes each day. The facilities were satisfactory although some improvements could be made.

Despite a bit of a squeeze for me and my three small children even though we had informed the hotel in advance, the room was clean, nicely decorated, and featured a very comfortable bed. The service was friendly and responsive overall, although there were some minor issues with miscommunication. The hotel's location was easily accessible but didn't feel entirely safe. Dining was good, offering a decent variety, and the facilities were satisfactory. Price-wise, there are some considerations to be made regarding value for money.
